A+ customer service in the service department. I dropped of 2 vehicles and Joe took care of me for both of them. I told him a specific time I needed the first one done and he told the mechanic an I dropped of 2 vehicles and Joe took care of me for both of them. I told him a specific time I needed the first one done and he told the mechanic an hour earlier just to make sure they get it done and they were an hour and a half earlier that what I originally said. They also got my other vehicle done the same day and I was able to pay over the phone and pick it up after hours. Happy customer Zach. More

Disorganized Service Area My rating is specifically for Quicklane operations. Like most people I have a busy schedule and time is precious. Considering this I decided to sc My rating is specifically for Quicklane operations. Like most people I have a busy schedule and time is precious. Considering this I decided to schedule an oil change appointment and was told by Shawn that with a scheduled appt it would take about 40-45 mins. With a scheduled appointment that is a bit long but since I have the "Buy Happy" oil package my options are limited without paying out extra cash. I planned on 45 minutes. I got there on time, checked in and sat down. We (my wife and I) checked in with Bryce. After about 20 minutes I overheard the two guys behind the desk going over the paperwork saying that one of the service guys TJ (or similar sounding name) had taken back the wrong car and it was put ahead of others who were waiting. I looked up and noticed that it appeared that I was the person who was "waiting" as my car had not moved. I didn't say anything but watched as they jockeyed my car with another one that was already in the bay. So I continued to sit patiently. While sitting there I asked Bryce if it would be possible for my car to be washed after the service work and he promptly said it sure. So we sat, and sat, and sat. Finally after about an hour and fifteen minutes, I stood up and walked out of the waiting room and walked towards the service bay to see if my car was still on the lift. To my surprise it was still sitting on the hoist but there was nobody around it. Finally after about 3-4 minutes I saw a service tech walk underneath my car and began to drain the oil from under the hood. That is correct, after and hour and fifteen minutes after my scheduled appointment they were just starting the oil change. I walked back into the waiting room and sat down. I told my wife about what I had just seen and Bryce caught on that I was not happy. Bryce told me he was going to go check on the status of my car and I responded that I knew where they were... just starting it. A short time later Bryce came back and said they were almost done. He offered me a car wash code for a nearby car wash as it would be faster and he knew I wanted to get going. Finally, after nearly 1.5 hours I had my car back, minus the car wash. The thing that bothers me most is that I am tied into my oil change package for the time being so I have no choice (again without paying additional money) but to complete my package and then move on to a more organized shop that will not waste my time. I should have been out of there no more than 30 minutes. What is the point of having an appointment if is still takes 1.5 hours and I am not really saving much money. Once my purchased package is up I will certainly for pay the extra $5 and go to the nearby Valvoline and get in and out in 20 minutes or less. I get it if I was just a drive up and they were busy and I had to wait for an open time slot. But to have an appointment and to turn a simple oil change into what I experienced is unacceptable. Bryce was a good guy and I have no problems with him. It is the unorganized and inefficient way that service department is ran. More
