Over all my experience is great with Buffalo ford service. My only complaint this time was- I specifically told them what was wrong I had already had it diagnosed - they brought it in, said it wasn’t service. My only complaint this time was- I specifically told them what was wrong I had already had it diagnosed - they brought it in, said it wasn’t that- but another part.. kept the car for a week to only call me and say it was not that… but you guessed it… the part I TOLD them it was originally. And of course that one wasn’t in and had to be ordered. I finally got my vehicle back at 10 days. But like I said- over all they’re great. I got a loaner- no questions asked. They were very good with communication- and Mickey in service was stellar at his job. They even were kind enough to put gas in my car when I called and asked because I dropped it off at E and with subzero temps moving in I didn’t want it sitting outside on E. I’ll continue using ford service. 5 stars over all- ❄️ More
My latest experience is not so good with this dealership. On a couple occasions now I've left messages because I wanted to talk to someone about problems I was experiencing with my car. After no return call from service I asked to speak to the service manager. Yet again I left a message and here I am now two days later and still no return phone call. I guess once you buy your car they no longer have the time to talk with you. More
I had a bad experience with a factory recall on my wife’s 15 escape. Problem? They Did not do a test drive after repairs. I called very upset and was told by (corporate) That I could bring the escape in a 15 escape. Problem? They Did not do a test drive after repairs. I called very upset and was told by (corporate) That I could bring the escape in a week latter & weeks latter if we needed a loaner. I was a little upset so replied to Morris’s website with my complaint. Within 24hours I received a call from a Gentleman who works part time at the dealership and told me that he would get things taken care of. I called made an appointment and received a loaner, had the car perfectly repaired within a couple hours. My wife & myself are totally satisfied! Thank Mark, and Tom.3 More

Had new SUV scheduled for recall service work twice in the past two months. Both times we set appointment 3 weeks in advance. We asked when we set appointment up if parts were available and the answer was the past two months. Both times we set appointment 3 weeks in advance. We asked when we set appointment up if parts were available and the answer was yes. Both times we dropped vehicle off and an hour later was called and told no parts and it would be a few days. We had to come back and get our vehicle. First time, ok ...we will work it out and bring back at next available appointment two weeks down the road. This time, With no we are “sorry this happened again” or no explanation, we will need to take our vehicle to another dealership. We wanted to support our local ford dealership as a Z plan family but do not have the time to keep dropping off and rescheduling. More

Replace car recall I had my car recall done here. It was done professionally, fast and through. They sent me a video, paperwork on all what was done. Sells cars with bad transmissions and bad customer service I purchase a 2014 Ford Fusion in 2016 and had to replace my transmission at 98k! I take good care of my cars. I was in absolute disbelief. I went into the dealership and asked what they could do for me. I stood waiting for service and a lady finally asked what she could do for me. I told her my issue. She got up and went to talk to someone about it. Then came back to me with no possible solution. They said I was 10k over my warranty and they couldn't do anything for me. So I left the store with none of my issues resolved. I received an email from Ford asking how my service was that day. I followed up with an email and never received a response back. That is terrible customer service. Obviously Samantha did not even know what I originally came in for. I will never purchase a vehicle from Ford again! I have done research and I am not alone in this problem. Many others have had transmission problems in the fiestas, focuses, and fusions. I hope this review will help people think twice before spending their hard earned money on a car that will fail them. More
