Disappointed that they were not prepared for my 1st appointment and were out of stock on a standard service item which required me to come back the next week. Appointment was for 9:30 and would take 90 minutes (should be done by 11:00. Dropped off early, at 9:00. Heard nothing so I texted at 3:00, with NO response. Finally called at 4:00 and had to talk (should be done by 11:00. Dropped off early, at 9:00. Heard nothing so I texted at 3:00, with NO response. Finally called at 4:00 and had to talk to receptionist who said she would get someone to call me. I think it was about 4:30 that Andy called and said it was done and would cost $135. I told him this was a lease vehicle as I told Morrie’s when I dropped it off. Andy he said the work was denied by the fleet company. When I picked up the car the person there was great and after I explained everything, he said he would check on it, otherwise I was planning to reach out to enterprise on Monday. Turns out Andy never even checked with enterprise! So that said, I was ready to spend the weekend on social media giving you a 1 star review because of ZERO communication, making me wait 6 hours for a 90 minute job (I did add the one item so 6 hours for a 2 hour job). AND lying to me about the fleet company response. Fortunately for you the person there when I picked up the car was a professional and took care of me so I am giving you an extra star for him and NOT putting this review anywhere else. More
