I have been having morries Buffalo ford service my trucks for the past 10 years. I’m not sure what has impressed me more. The service or the customer service. Morries Ford in Buffalo has very poor scheduling and communication with customers. Let me share an experience I had with them recently. I had an appointment set for Monday, April 22nd, at 7:30 am. I dropped off my vehicle at 6:00 am before their opening time, but throughout the day, I heard nothing from them. By 4:00 pm, I started trying to reach someone in the service department to get an update on our vehicle since we were relying on a borrowed one. Initially, I was told they would transfer me to Aaron's phone, but his voicemail was full, so I called again, and an email was sent to him to contact me. Around 6:00 pm, Aaron finally called back. He mentioned they were swamped with work from the previous week and thought they were about three days behind. He promised to update me the next morning. I questioned why they didn't inform customers about delays and maybe reschedule non-urgent appointments. Aaron's response was they were too busy to make those calls. Tuesday passed without any update. By Wednesday afternoon, I started calling again. Aaron admitted he forgot to call on Tuesday and said my vehicle would be looked at on Thursday morning. They eventually diagnosed it and sent a video and estimate but didn't call me about the repairs. When I reached out, Aaron said I needed to call and approve the repairs. It was frustrating that they didn't just call me directly to speed up the process. More

All staff members I've encountered at Morries Buffalo Ford are very nice and professional. I recently had them service a vehicle and although it could have been a little more efficient they completed all Ford are very nice and professional.
