They do a good job servicing my truck and are thorough in their evaluation. My only complaint is the scheduling on the website. The service people were great to deal with, it was the lack of communication and false promises that the work on my vehicle would be taken care of (twice). I work out of my van and took the morning off be lack of communication and false promises that the work on my vehicle would be taken care of (twice). I work out of my van and took the morning off believing my van would be done by 1pm that day, I stopped in at 3pm and was told that it wouldn’t be ready until Monday, which wasn’t going to work for me, so we made arrangements to drop off the next Friday and it would be worked on that Saturday while I was out of town. I came and got my van on Sunday drove home and realized that the work had not been completed, needless to say I had to come in that Monday morning and get the work done. I have a hard time trusting them to work on my vehicle again. More
