I bought a tunnel cover through Ford using my points and $1200.00. That was way over priced. I found out later I could have bought same one at a topper place for only $800.00. I should have done my research before I bought it from Ford. Right after it was put on I showed the guy that put it on that the seal was coming off. He just shrugged and said it would be fine. Then it fell off & got caught between the tail gate & tunnel cover & my tail gate would not shut. So then I showed the service writter it fell off & he said he had to order part through Ford. 3 weeks later I called to get status. He said opps, I forgot to order it and need to take pictures of it for warranty work. So I brought my truck in for him to take pictures. Then he had to go to Ford for approval on warranty work. Called after a week & he said still waiting for approval from ford. More

1.5 days after my appointment time my car had not yet been looked at and was not going to be diagnosed that day. I had previously stated I needed the car back so I picked it up and scheduled elsewhere. N been looked at and was not going to be diagnosed that day. Anytime we have service done, it always take way longer than they state. Only brought vehicle in due to a recall. Dropped off at 7am and had to call at 4pm. Was told the car would be done within the hour… called back 90 minutes later and then was told it was done. No call saying it was complete. When I arrived, only 1 person was working and 3 customers waiting. When it was my turn they didn’t have my paperwork completed so I had to wait another 15+ minutes. More
The service was very quick! However we noticed after we left the dealership that the keyword suddenly doesn’t unlock the driver door. We didn’t have this issues before.
