The communication could improve. I had no idea my car was actually completed and I could not get through with a phone call. The actual work done was fine and I enjoyed the inspection video, but it did not specify that my work was completed. Not the first communication issue I've had. When I bought the car I was told I'd be called to set up my rust protection. After a month I called to get it set up. More
