It 12 days to obtain an appointment for a bad water pump. First day in shop nothing was done. Similar but wore experience previously. Not a Fam of the service department and timeliness. For quick change lube appointment the vehicle was received and completed promptly. That said, the department, specifically the service staff (technicians), was way under staffed. There was only one tech working that Saturday with customers continually roll in. I watched the tech go through 3 vehicle services involving more than oil changes, without delay. He would finish the one and go right to the next one without delay. It is difficult to attract, aquire and retain good technicians. Therefore, I would like Morris's executives to provide this tech with some special recognition for the hard work and commitment he provided for his company their customers including me on this day. Recognition highlighting this Technician's EXTRA efforts goes a long way to increasing the service staff. Remember, "sales sells the first one, service sell the rest". I will be a returning customer with the hope that Technician works on my newly purchased F150 again. More
