We brought our Edge in for service on a Friday. We had an appointment and informed the service department that we could not leave the car over the weekend. Shortly after 3:00 we were called and told that they would not be able to look at the car. When I picked up the car, having never even been looked at, the service writer was very apologetic and assured me that I would be called on Monday and that they would definitely make it right. Today, 1 month later, I have never received any communication whatsoever. I will definitely need to find a different service provider. More

my salesman, Zach Ingram, was not listed. I want to give him 5 stars! He returned my inquiry promptly on Saturday morning and had the car ready when I arrived. He even went out and smelled the car to let me know if the previous owner was a smoker. He was very pleasant to talk to and was very knowledgeable of his fleet. We test drove the vehicle and then left to test drive another vehicle across the street. We returned to morries to test drive the Edge a 2nd time. Zach welcomed us as we returned and was able to accommodate our unexpected return. He was very good at multi-tasking. He appeared to be helping 3 different customers efficiently without any customer feeling put off. Zach was an exceptional salesperson who went above and beyond by taking the time to go over the vehicle instructions even after the dealership had closed. I was very pleased with his service and you should feel honored to have him as an employee at Morries Buffalo. More
