Scheduling seems to never work well at this dealership. I Scheduled an oil change with the Ford app and got a confirmation email that it was Scheduled. However, Morries did not show me on their schedule wh I Scheduled an oil change with the Ford app and got a confirmation email that it was Scheduled. However, Morries did not show me on their schedule when I got there. They were able to fit me in, so I was happy about that. But if I call for a simple oil change, they are booked out at least a week. I typically go somewhere else if that's the case. More

After 3 days of my truck being there after my appointment, they had still not looked at it and there was no communication of the status. When I called to see what was happening I was told I would appointment, they had still not looked at it and there was no communication of the status.
