Awesome customer service and they checked out my car front to back. I had alot of maintenance done by Buffalo Ford that was recommended from a previous dealer that I went to plus more. 4 new tires. They front to back. I had alot of maintenance done by Buffalo Ford that was recommended from a previous dealer that I went to plus more. 4 new tires. They drove me home and delivered my car when done to my home. I was so impressed after just moving in the area and having gone to another Ford dealer for the last 30 years Buffalo Ford will be seeing me again. No more driving 50 minutes to the other Ford Dealer. More

A gentleman in the service department was very friendly and helpful as soon as I walked in the door!! Unfortunately I forgot his name, however him and his team were prompt to follow up on the problem I had and helpful as soon as I walked in the door!! Unfortunately I forgot his name, however him and his team were prompt to follow up on the problem I had, what the solutions were, and he was very upfront on the pricing as well. He even got his manager to give me a discount. I can’t say enough good things about this dealership, and I will definitely be back in the future!!! More
