As a woman, I was very anxious about buying a car; it’s not someplace I regularly frequent. And then there’s all the computerized “bells and whistles” that were intimidating! Mike S. was kind, patient, & not someplace I regularly frequent. And then there’s all the computerized “bells and whistles” that were intimidating! Terrible service - dropped truck off for recall service 5/22. Call to check on it tech said couldn’t help. Called back 23rd and tech said she’ll call me back. No call back again. Stopped in @ 5:00 and said 5/22. Call to check on it tech said couldn’t help. Called back 23rd and tech said she’ll call me back. No call back again. Stopped in @ 5:00 and said I want my truck. No service had been done and recalls are still pending. Bringing to different dealership. NEVER again to Morrie’s. I had an appointment and nothing gets down or call back in 2 days! More

Not only do they make actual visit appointments (unlike Minnetonka), they proactively called and offered a mobile tech to come out. He did and all was taken care of without any inconvenience to us.
