My husband and I had been searching the internet for over a year for a specific make, model and options for a used vehicle. We finally found the perfect match at Morrie's. I contacted Morrie's via e-mail and was lucky enough to connect with Curtis Derynck. Curtis was fast and thorough in his responses to my questions both on the phone and via internet e-mails. It was easy to deal with Curtis and Morries. I sent them photos and the vin number of the vehicle I wanted to trade in. I could access the used vehicle report for the vehicle I wanted to buy right from the Morrie's web-site. It couldn't have been easier to buy this vehicle. We drove 4 hours from out-of-state to make this purchase and it was well worth the drive !! Processing the paperwork at the dealership didn't take long either. We were in and out of there with no stress, no pressure. The price was great and I would recommend Morrie's and Curtis Derynck to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience. More

I had seen the car I wanted at another dealer that was 40 miles away and when I asked Morrie's Buffalo about it they said they could have it here in a matter of hours. They were true to their word and got the car for me and my wife to look at before the end of the day.I had told them I wanted to be able to get this all done before I had another scheduled meeting and they expedited the process in order to accommodate us. They gave great service to me before we bought the car and the few detail that we have had to work out since have gone very smoothly. I look forward to the continued relationship with Morrie's of Buffalo. More

My experience with Morries in Buffalo was literally like a breath of fresh air. I walked into Morries, started talking to Rudy, and I knew right away that my "happiness" was key. He listened to me as I explained my recent experiences and the research I had done to find an appropriate vehicle for my needs. I spotted a car online and that was what I came in to test drive. Rudy was so confident in the "product" that he let the car speak for itself. I fell in love immediately with my red Ford Fusion. I was hooked, but instead of trying to capatilize on my infatuation with the car, he recommended I drive it for awhile before I make my final decision. We my husband came in with me to sign the final papers he was also impressed with Morries' staff, including Rudy, the service department and our "finance" guy. Kudos, a great dealership, and a great example for all of our local businesses. More

Curt was very helpful through the whole process and never tried pushing anything on us that we didn't want. He answered all of our questions and if he wasn't sure instead of making up an answer he would go get the correct information. We have never had a car buying experience like this ever before. When we purchase our next vechile we will defenitily be going to Morrie's in Buffalo and will be looking up Curt. By the way we just love the car. More
Amber was wonderful to work with. We had my father in law bring our Honda Accord that had a tranny about to go any minute to find out what the trade in value would be. Amber called me and said that she didn't feel comfortable with my father in law driving that car back to our house so she let him take the 2011 ford focus that we were looking at to get him to our house safely and so we could test drive it for a couple days. AWESOME! Two days later we drove the 45min. from the cities to Buffalo in the Ford Focus to do the paperwork. Amber was very helpful in explaining the Morries buy happy (free oil changes, car washes, lifetime powertrain, etc...). Our car also came with Sync and she answered all of our questions. When we noticed that they had a dealer sticker on the back of our car, which we do not like, she helped to take it off for us. Amber went above and beyond and with no pressure. It was a very easy and smooth process. There was no push to make a decision, no answered left unanswered, and she even drove us to get lunch while our car was being detailed! Amber was exceptional! I would recommend her to anyone looking for a vehicle. More
