We had a lot of fun looking on the computer a few times together and at home. And when we had one car delivered to Buffalo from another dealer, that when all the nice experience happen, They actually listen to my budget range and even went above and beyond to make the deal complete, even when i threw a few curve balls,like going to another bank. They matched it, just to keep it simple and more complete. So very happy how everything turned out, and when you only buy a car about every 8 -10 ( you wish) they both made it very enjoyable and fun - YES Buy Happy!!!!!! More

My brother-in-law totaled his 2003 car. I was willing to be of help to find a decent replacement car for him. We walked into Morrie's and just happened to meet Tony. I explained the situation and told Tony we had to start somewhere to look for a replacement automobile. Tony was gracious and we started our relationship. We were looking for a used Ford Focus and started with a budget about $7000. Cars at that price were all high mileage. We left the dealership with Tony still willing to spend his time searching dealerships. I started searching from home and spent nearly 30 hours working my computer searching countless dealerships. Tony and I conversed many, many times by phone. Our family decided to help out and we moved our budget upwards and better cars fell into place. Tony was able to find the car for us at another Morrie's dealership in the twin cities. A 2009 Ford Focus, very clean with reasonable miles and what I thought to be, a "GREAT" price. Tony had it brought to Buffalo and we looked it over and took it for a drive. We were pleased and decided to purchase that car. Overall, Tony was a big help to us. He did his job and never quit looking. His patience, good attitude and helpful disposition paid off for us. I would highly recommend Tony as a salesman to any one looking for an automobile. Consumer Report Magazine gave the 2009 Ford Focus a high rating. I would give Tony that same high rating for all the work he went through for us. I was in on 10/5/2011 looking for a truck with a friend of mine. Immediately after we arrived Vaughn was outside to greet us and help me find what i was looking for. I explained that it was my first time of mine. Immediately after we arrived Vaughn was outside to greet us and help me find what i was looking for. I explained that it was my first time buying a car and he completely made me feel relaxed about the whole situation, NO PRESSURE AT ALL! After that we did all the paperwork with Wade and he did an excellent job at explaining all of it. But the best part about all of it was i was riding my motorcycle at the time and Vaughn took the time to help me load it and strap it into the back of my new truck! I have given this rating because those two gentlemen made my first car buying experience an absolute breeze. The assistance and quality of service of everything was beyond my expectations. I previously had a 2009 Fusion, but it was totaled in an accident. Since I wasn’t expecting to replace my car, I wasn’t prepared. I loved my Fusion, so I thought I’d check out the 2012’s at Morrie’s in Buff accident. Since I wasn’t expecting to replace my car, I wasn’t prepared. I loved my Fusion, so I thought I’d check out the 2012’s at Morrie’s in Buffalo. I was helped by Rudy. Rudy did a great job. I was unsure of which type of vehicle to purchase. He was patient with me and kept in touch with me regarding my car needs, without being pushy. Six weeks later when I decided on the 2012 Fusion he found me an awesome car that had everything I wanted. I would highly recommend Rudy if you’re looking for a car! More

Everytime we went to the dealership, everyone was friendly and helpful. Brian gave us all the information about the discounts and exactly what it would cost for the pick up. Our experience started out poor-Our original intent was to trade in our truck for a newer one. We were not offered a fair trade-in price. We decided to take it to another dealer, who gave $3,000 more for our truck (North Country Ford). Because Morrie's had the used truck we really wanted, we went back to purchase the F-350. That experience was great. Vaugh was very helpful and the financing portion ran like a well-oiled machine. I would purchase another vehicle from Morrie's, but I would not trade a vehicle there. More
