Called twice to check on my 2021 Lincoln when it was in the shop last week. I was told someone would call me back with an update. No one called. It wasn’t til the the morning I received a call saying my ve the shop last week. I was told someone would call me back with an update. No one called. Brought it home and a few days later the seat back is not all the way together again. Seems to be not staying clipped together. Aaron in the service department was terrible to work with, took 5 weeks to get some A/C lines done with very few updates throughout. He tried to charge me for an alignment after I told him not to do one with, took 5 weeks to get some A/C lines done with very few updates throughout. He tried to charge me for an alignment after I told him not to do one and that the vehicle had just had one a few months prior. After 2 weeks had gone by he told me he could not get a hold of my warranty company, I called one time and sat on hold for 12 minutes to get the claim started myself.
