They are under staffed in a couple of areas and recently experienced a software crash. But a new guy stepped up and followed up on my vehicle repair and I got my vehicle back sooner than expected. There was a Ford recall on our F150. Morries handled everything very well! The appointment was easy to schedule. The drop off was easy. It seems they make too many appointments and cant get your car done. I waited all day, no one called me. I called at the end of my work day, and was told it wouldn't be done that day. While easy to make an appointment, after I dropped my car off at 7:50 am for a less than 1/2 day recall issue and an oil change, they never called to let me know my car was ready. We showed up at 4:30 and th off at 7:50 am for a less than 1/2 day recall issue and an oil change, they never called to let me know my car was ready. We showed up at 4:30 and they were still doing an oil change. They did not seem at all prepared to help us. Then told me my Michelin tires with only 27,000 miles on them were “nearly bald”. Since we bought the vehicle new from Morrie’s Buffalo we asked to have them look into whether we had defective tires. We have received absolutely no follow up to that issue. Completely unimpressed by this service. Not trustworthy advice. More
