I'm a young woman and it seemed as if the sales associate helping me (not Chad, he was the manager at the time) was always speaking directly to my boyfriend, not to me. Keep in mind, the car was purchased by me with my money for me to drive! It was slightly off-putting for him to not direct conversation towards me, even when talking about payment options. I'm the one paying, after all! Overall, it was still a good experience and I think my problem had more to do with the individual, not the company as a whole. I would still recommend Morrie's! More

My home town was not willing to help me/work with me much. I was prepared for my last, "I'm sorry. We cannot help you." My mother bought a car through Morrie's a few years ago, and has always said the best to go to. She was right. My sales guy, Mike Schuetz, found the vehicles I was curious about, and after test driving we assessed where I was sitting. He came up with some new scenarios, enlightened me on new options I was not aware of, and I saw hope. He and Aaron, the financial worker, were amazing. The lengths that they went through to help me out, I am so grateful. I drove out of there with a new vehicle and such a great future outlook than I originally came in for. There is definitely something to this group of people. Every single person was friendly and nice. This was worth a 3 plus hour drive just to get there. I feel so fortunate I took this leap. I am so grateful for all of the work they did. I will definitely be a customer that comes back! More
