I bought my used car from them and I thought they were fair. So I sent my Daughter to them they totally ripped her off! ... I bought a Used car and my Daughter Bought a New car ... They will never get our business ever again! More
Over all my experience is great with Buffalo ford service. My only complaint this time was- I specifically told them what was wrong I had already had it diagnosed - they brought it in, said it wasn’t service. And of course that one wasn’t in and had to be ordered. I finally got my vehicle back at 10 days. But like I said- over all they’re great. I got a loaner- no questions asked. They were very good with communication- and Mickey in service was stellar at his job. They even were kind enough to put gas in my car when I called and asked because I dropped it off at E and with subzero temps moving in I didn’t want it sitting outside on E. I’ll continue using ford service. 5 stars over all- ❄️ More

After no return call from service I asked to speak to the service manager. Yet again I left a message and here I am now two days later and still no return phone call. I guess once you buy your car they no longer have the time to talk with you. More
It has been a year now since our “experience “ with Morrie’s Buffalo Ford. We ordered a custom Mustang Mach 1 and waited 6 months for it’s arrival. Ford delivered it in pristine condition but during it Morrie’s Buffalo Ford. We ordered a custom Mustang Mach 1 and waited 6 months for it’s arrival. Ford delivered it in pristine condition but during it’s “dealer prep” someone took it on a 23 mile joyride and damaged the vehicle! They hoped we wouldn’t notice the damage when we arrived to pick up our car! Lie after lie from the owner of Morrie’s. He actually told my husband “GET OVER IT! IT’S JUST A CAR!! NEVER in my adult life have I witnessed such reprehensible customer service!!! More

I had a bad experience with a factory recall on my wife’s 15 escape. Problem? They Did not do a test drive after repairs. I called very upset and was told by (corporate) That I could bring the escape in a 15 escape. Problem? They Did not do a test drive after repairs. I called very upset and was told by (corporate) That I could bring the escape in a week latter & weeks latter if we needed a loaner. I was a little upset so replied to Morris’s website with my complaint. Within 24hours I received a call from a Gentleman who works part time at the dealership and told me that he would get things taken care of. I called made an appointment and received a loaner, had the car perfectly repaired within a couple hours. My wife & myself are totally satisfied! Thank Mark, and Tom.3 More

Completely wasted my day. They’re ‘used car’ department found my Dodge Charger Putsuit I listed on Facebook. They hounded me for 2 months to come in since they were in a ‘dire need’ for used cars. They asked for my VIN, I sent it, answered any questions they had. I take the time off, drive over an hour out of my way JUST for them to tell me it’s “too bad it’s a Pursuit model, they didn’t know that and can only offer me $2k”. On a 2012 Dodge Charger Pursuit in GREAT condition! 🤣 Don’t waste your time with these skeezballs. More
