Top notch professionals. Took care of several issues with my 2018 F150 on an extended warranty when 2 other local dealerships were unable or uninterested in helping. The dealer had the vehicle I was looking for. I did not rate it a 5 due to the salesman splitting his time with another customer, so it took longer. Also, the finance person did not fully inform I did not rate it a 5 due to the salesman splitting his time with another customer, so it took longer. Also, the finance person did not fully inform me of the financial details. I didn't realize the high percentage rate of the loan until I got home. Otherwise, everyone was very nice. More

Took my F150 in for warranty work and oil change. All I heard from my service advisor Adam was "oh this is going to be a tough fix" SERIOUSLY Ford, continue with hiring incompetent workers and you wi All I heard from my service advisor Adam was "oh this is going to be a tough fix" SERIOUSLY Ford, continue with hiring incompetent workers and you will soon lose a customer. I thought about telling this idiot, I brought it to Ford the manufacturer to fix. Not to be told that you weren't sure it was going to get fix. Get your crap together Morrie's. On top of that this idiot took 30 mins just to locate my ticket and key then took another 15 trying to ring up the discount that themselves sent to me. This place is a JOKE. Ford, Morrie's buffalo is a disgrace to you. On top of that my incompetent mechanic did not reset my oil life. This is why I choose to do it myself because dealerships don't care anymore.. More
