I purchased my new Ford Escape at Morrie’s Ford in Buffalo. My salesman, Glenn Koppin, was very knowledgeable and a great help. He answered all my questions and helped me place my order for an Escape Buffalo. My salesman, Glenn Koppin, was very knowledgeable and a great help. He answered all my questions and helped me place my order for an Escape that would be made to my specs. My new car came in weeks early and just recently I was able to pick up my new Escape. Glenn was especially patient in taking his time explaining to me the many features of my new car, such as how to maneuver around the screen to control such things as the temp. to my liking. The part of the screen showing cars or people behind me in a parking lot is very helpful. Glenn was a great and knowledgeable salesman for me. All of those working at Morrie’s Ford are pleasant and kind to work with. More

How you can justified $364. 70 to replacement low beam headlight bulb. The estimate on my bill and when I called for the appointment was $68.34.
