I came in today for a free "buy happy" oil change and car wash. I was able to drive right in and have very prompt service from Janice. I went for a routine oil change. While checking in I asked Nick if garage door openers had batteries, and how you get them open. He quickly opened it and changed the battery. Upon reviewing the paperwork prior to the oil change, I noticed that the record had a different spelling for the original owners name and the current owners name. Nick explained that that could make a difference for power train coverage. He gave me a customer service number to call to try to get this straightened out. He took me up front to use a phone. As it turns out, I need to fax original sales papers and licence. After the conversation ended, I happened to mention the situation to Miranda, who was next to me at the counter. She said she could help with that by getting the information from the place of purchase, and also took a copy of my license and the needed fax information. When I got home there was a message from Miranda that the process had been initiated, and that she would call next week when all was complete. Neither of these people would have had to be so helpful and kind. It is a beautiful example of customer service at its best, and makes for a loyal customer. They both went above and beyond the call of duty and should be duly honored. More
This the second Hyundai I've purchased from Morrie's and one of the main reasons is their service staff. I don't drive my car much, so I'm only in about every 6 months for an oil change or service check, y one of the main reasons is their service staff. I don't drive my car much, so I'm only in about every 6 months for an oil change or service check, yet I'm always greeted very warmly and with a smile. Most of my interactions have been with Nick Greco. He is very funny and usually while I'm checking in we share a chuckle about something. However I will say that all of the employees seems to have a very friendly demeanor and enjoy the occasional ribbing of each other. The service area is impeccably clean, not like auto repair shops of old!! When my car was returned to me after its oil change, it was washed and vacuumed!! The service was completed in under the estimated time - again beating my expectations!! As I checked out with Nick I was presented with a cinnamon roll as a thank you!! What a fabulous surprise. I've recently had some work completed on my house and the level of customer service has been deplorable, so to be treated with respect and a smile (and a cinnamon roll,too)- makes me very happy and a raving fan!!! Thank you to all of the Service folks especially Nick at Morries' Hyundai - see you in another six months!!! More
Eric was fantastic in taking care of everything I needed with ease. Next day service, free loaner car, fast smooth drop off and pick up, car wash and more. I hadn't had good experiences with the Sales Department from visiting this dealership a month prior, however due to Eric, I will most definitely return. He brought back a customer that had walked away from Morrie's, so kudo's to you Eric! Salesmen sell a car, the serive department is what keeps the customer, and Eric forsure kept me. If this is how the service is going to be, I would most definitely buy a car there as I KNOW what kind of service I can expect in the future. Even though I was cheering for the Yankee's, and Eric clearly was for the Twins, the service was truly impecable and I was completely taken care of above and beyond. Thanks again Eric! More
The service dept was excellent. One of my lights was on and the tires pressure was low and they took care of it right away eventhough they were busy and then washed the car. In the meantime, My sales rep was not in so i spoke Pat Arboe and he gave me the name of the company that does leather repair and comes in on Friday. I inadventently sratched the glove compartment with a grill gas cylinder. I have never in 50 years working with delerships have had this kind of customer service. you feel like family when you walk in to Morries Hynduai on Highway 394. More

Eric went above & beyond the call of duty & arranged for me to have my tires filled w/ nitrogen at another location because his store did not have a machine. The alternate location also did a great job greeting me, filling the tires & they even washed my car. So kudos to Eric & his team for an exceptional job! In addition Eric made sure I was able to use the discount coupon & sign up for the rewards program. That was a bonus & a very nice one. It is great to have a dealership on the side of the customer. In addition it was AMAZING to be able to use a loaner vehicle for the time my car was being serviced. If that is standard operating procedure . . . then bravo. If this was special for me, then WAY-TO- GO! Either way, I was allowed to continue my life while my car was at Hyundai. Thank you very much! More
Eric was very helpful went I am in to have a rear window replaced. He connected me with the body shop manager and they both worked with me and the body shop manager even wet out of his way to cover my brok replaced. Eric was able to set up my next appointment for me at my earliest opening. When I arrived to have my window installed, Eric acknowledged me by name, after only one meeting. My car was ready both the newly installed window and washed at the time promised. I was impressed. I had also come in with a mailed that had expired the day before. Eric made sure that I was able to use it and saved me $50.00. I also joined the Morries Club and look forward to coming back in the future. More
Eric offered excellent customer service for my son's car and even inspected it, which resulted in the part being under warranty.
