The service dept was excellent. One of my lights was on and the tires pressure was low and they took care of it right away eventhough they were busy and then washed the car. I inadventently sratched the glove compartment with a grill gas cylinder. I have never in 50 years working with delerships have had this kind of customer service. you feel like family when you walk in to Morries Hynduai on Highway 394. More

Eric went above & beyond the call of duty & arranged for me to have my tires filled w/ nitrogen at another location because his store did not have a machine. In addition Eric made sure I was able to use the discount coupon & sign up for the rewards program. That was a bonus & a very nice one. It is great to have a dealership on the side of the customer. In addition it was AMAZING to be able to use a loaner vehicle for the time my car was being serviced. If that is standard operating procedure . . . then bravo. If this was special for me, then WAY-TO- GO! Either way, I was allowed to continue my life while my car was at Hyundai. Thank you very much! More
Eric was very helpful went I am in to have a rear window replaced. He connected me with the body shop manager and they both worked with me and the body shop manager even wet out of his way to cover my brok replaced. He connected me with the body shop manager and they both worked with me and the body shop manager even wet out of his way to cover my broken window with plastic sheeting till my window was repaired. Eric was able to set up my next appointment for me at my earliest opening. When I arrived to have my window installed, Eric acknowledged me by name, after only one meeting. My car was ready both the newly installed window and washed at the time promised. I was impressed. I had also come in with a mailed that had expired the day before. Eric made sure that I was able to use it and saved me $50.00. I also joined the Morries Club and look forward to coming back in the future. More
Eric offered excellent customer service for my son's car and even inspected it, which resulted in the part being under warranty. He promptly ordered the part for the car and it will be installed upon arriva and even inspected it, which resulted in the part being under warranty. Advisor checked, without my asking, as to whether a repair was covered by warranty (it was). While I was waiting for an oil change, the salesman who sold me the car back in 2009 stopped by to ask me ho repair was covered by warranty (it was). I brought in my Hyundai Sonata to this dealer, it is where I bought the car, to have the 30,000 mile service done. They messed up my alignment, I had to bring it back to be redone, they messed up my flu where I bought the car, to have the 30,000 mile service done. They messed up my alignment, I had to bring it back to be redone, they messed up my fluid levels, I had to bring it back to be redone again. I expressed my disatisfaction with having to come back twice for what should be routine maintenance. Nick Greco offered me a free oil change. I told him I did not think a free oil chance was adequate compensation. His response was that he could take it back if I wanted. That was the final insult to injury. He did not ask what would be adequate, he did not ask how to make it right in my opionion, just sacastically offered to take back the free oil change offer. I was very disappointed. More

On Tuesday May 11th I was scheduled to pick up a business associate at 3:00 pm and take him to the airport. Around 1:00 pm I was driving near Ridgedale when the instrument cluster began to light up indicating some problems with the engine. The vehicle lost power and would barely move forward no matter how far I depressed the gas pedal. I was able to get to the Service Department at Morrie’s 394 Hyundai and was greeted with a friendly welcome by Nick Greco. I explained my predicament and without an appointment, Nick said he would do his best to help me out. From my description of the problem, he knew right away what the problem was and said it should take about 1 ½ to 2 hours to fix. If he could do it in that time, I would be able to keep my appointment. Nick immediately got his team working on my car and it was finished in almost exactly 1 ½ hours. A surprise visit, without an appointment; me under pressure and your team was able make everything work out fine. I offer special thanks to Nick Greco for the courteous, efficient and friendly service he provided me. This is a fine example of outstanding service and goes a long way toward building customer confidence, appreciation and loyalty. Thank you! More
