After an hour, I asked about my vehicle and was told it wou My only complaint is that I scheduled an oil change and was told it would take 45 minutes. After an hour, I asked about my vehicle and was told it would be ready at 10:45 (30 min later than the 45 min I was as told). Problem was I came from out of town while my son was at hockey. He had to sit and wait 30 minutes until I got there. It would have been longer but I went to discuss this and they got me my car before they were able to wash it so I could get my son. Fortunately the oil change was free since I bought the car there. More

Good dealership, but not good at this time I have been using this dealership for more than 5 years, and haven't had any issue until yesterday. It seems service crew didn't entirely put air pressure and lost cab. I like this dealership, but I'm not happy this time. Good service, ridiculous over-communication I recently went to Morrie’s for a recall repair to my car. I’ve done this numerous times and it’s always the same drill. Except this time I received SIX emails within 3 days, confirming/reminding me about my appointment. After the repair was done, I was alerted via text message that my car was ready I immediately returned to pick up my car. Later in the evening I was bombarded with more emails and phone calls alerting me my car was ready for pick up after I had already picked it up hours prior. Morrie’s, please streamline your notification system please! I can hardly go a few hours without getting blasting with emails, texts, and calls from you! More
