Good service but labor cost way too high 2 1/2 he job and labor charge was $441.15. That is too high for a mechanic. If I didn't have to have it done by Morrie's to keep my warranty from bein 2 1/2 he job and labor charge was $441.15. That is too high for a mechanic. Somthing goes wrong everytime Andrea was great! Helpful and didnt treat me like i was stupid. If you have to talk to anyone there, she is the best. 100% great with her no issues at Andrea was great! They put my spare on, which fine whatever I wasnt driving my car out of there, not with the wheel locked up because of the parking break shoe broke, not safe in my opinion, and the guy that did it cross threaded one of my studs putting it on. So when i went to do my brakes to fix the issue, my stud broke. I did call them right away and got no response back. Instead i was sent to 3 different voicemails, and not 1 person could get me to a actual person. They just kept sending me to random voicemails. I asked can you please walk back and see if this specifc person is there, or a manager. Or even call them quick before you send me to the voicemail. I was greeted with a thats not my job. By the receptionist... I just wanted to talk to a supervisor, and didnt want to have to call back 10 times to get a voicemail everytime. So again come on get your customer service right! I didnt bother to try back after as i was just done. Its honestly ridiculous that there is so much lack of communication there. One deparment says one thing the other says another. One says we dont do that, someone else says oh yeah i can do that! Its soo confusing talking to anyone to get answers. Again Andrea was wonderful! Answered my questions, helped me out explained everything. She was the saving grace for that place. I feel she needs to find a better environment to be in, shes way to smart and nice to working there. With that said I am still missing a stud on the back wheel. I refuse to take it back to have it fixed there as i dont know what else will go wrong with my car when they have it in their hands again. So i hope to get it fixed soon but, being im paying for it and its not exactly cheap, I dont know when I will be able to. Also im finding it difficult to actually find the correct stud, so may have to call another delership to get one. Which is sad but its worth it to know i dont have to worry about them touching my car and somthing else going wrong. So my advise, as great as Andrea is, the techs that work on cars suck wouldnt trust them with my car at all EVER!! Beware and really read the reviews for this place. More

Fantastic and helpful personnel I called in regards to warranty work and factory recall work. I was a bit concerned that I would be charged no matter what. When I talked to Phil, he reassured me that the issues I was experiencing were covered by the warranty and that they were not going to charge me unless I agreed to it in the first place. Dropped the car off right before closing and picked it up the next morning! More
