The Right Thing. Had an issue with the car. Paid for service on the front left wheel that didn't resolve the problem. Had to miss additional work and come back and t Had an issue with the car. Unknown to me, the rep at the shop spoke to his leadership, explained the situation, and they waved the cost of the second visit completely. I was very pleasantly surprised with that level of customer service and it's a great sign of a dealership that wants (and will get my) customer loyalty. More

A parts manager and andrea helped me order the part and set up an appt. On my original appointment the service and parts departments did not communicate because when I showed up my part wasn't there, in fact it was on backorder. I received a confirmation call two days prior so assumed my part was there especially since the parts person assured me my part would be in so it would be ok to make an appointment when they ordered my part. I drive to golden valley from chaska for the appt to find out the part wasn't there. I felt extremely put out in that there was zero communication between these departments. I was going to look at new chemicals that day but after that experience I left. I received a call the following week that my part was in and made a new appointment. The service person was very pleasant and helpful on my second visit and kept me informed on the progress of my vehical. Bradley was the service person who helped me on my second visit. More
