Morries 394 Hyundai is honest and upfront. No surprises! Been working with Morries for quite sometime. Every time I go in there I note that things just keep getting better. Nick has a wealth of knowledge and provides timely updates. The shop supplies and environmental fees are high but that seems to be the industry norm these days. Great job!! More

Oil change appointment My experience was very frustrating. I came to my appointment at 2:20- scheduled appointment at 2:30. Checked in and was told wait- and I would be told My experience was very frustrating. I came to my appointment at 2:20- scheduled appointment at 2:30. Checked in and was told wait- and I would be told when I was ready. The man helping me at the service desk let me know that my tires were bald. Not in a friendly, concerned way (if he was concerned it certainly didn’t come off that way). I then proceeded to let him know I would talk to my father (who owns the vehicle) and let him know the issues. He word for word said (I have a daughter and certainly wouldn’t let her drive around on those tires), making is seem as if I didn’t choose to buy new tires today my dad was terrible for letting me drive around on those. I sat down frustrated with my conversation. I then waited an hour and 45 minutes for the oil change. I know oil changes do not take that long- and should not when you have an appointment. Not only that, but my name was not on the board to see the status of my vehicle. Checked with the man once to get an update on timing, said he wasn’t sure and it should be 5 minutes. 15 minutes pass by so I went and checked. Finally at 4:15 I was ready to be checked out. I asked the man previously helping me to provide options for the new tires that he was suggesting I needed. I was checked out by someone else and was not provided that information, so I asked for it. On my service report it noted that only 2 of my tires were in moderate condition (that’s besides the point). I have truly never written a review before- but legit felt the need to take the time to give this feedback in hopes it can be a learning moment. I felt loyal to Morries and took pride in coming here for my services, even though it is further away than other options (and knowingly takes longer). I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future and pay more, to not have that experience again. More

Nick was great! Was not expecting some of the repairs that were needed but Nick helped to explain the necessity of some and others that could wait.
