Dishonest On the paperwork I was given after the service was complete stated that I received a complimentary car wash. Not only was this not true. I had been to the car wash the day before, so it did not need a car wash. It is the principle that the lie was told that upsets me. More

Warranty Repair The light in my driver's door handle stopped working. They ordered a new one, and replaced it under warranty. Sent letter to Andrew parisse explaining my irritation, waited two weeks & never rec’d any reply or acknowledgement. I find that totally unacceptable & will never deal with any of Morris’s dealerships in the future. This one bad visit overrides any good ones I had in the past More
