Repair of re-occurring noise in steering Very unhappy. Prior complaint of repairs needed After my ext. warranty exp & having bought my Sante ve In 4 times for same issue. Prev survey prompted dealership to contact me with offer of a repair where I only had to pay their cost on part. I was between a rock & a hard place. That cost amounted to $328 & the noise is still there. Was it fair? Was the part replaced? I have no ideA. I know I can t afford any more of their service. I also believe the service mgr was in his ofc both when I dropped my suv off & when I picked it up & obviously he didn t think it important to speak to me or offer any apology for inconvenience; not sure what his job is then. They did offer me a vehicle to use for the day at no charge. I really liked going there & prefer dealerships for service but am done. I will try to find a neighborhood repair shop that has good reviews. It’s unfortunate after all these yrs that dealerships still rank pretty low re customer service More

Needed tires replaced due to leak on worn tires Needed to replace worn tires which developed a slow leak. This happened a day before Thanksgiving, and I needed tires replaced on short notice.
