Review of Service Took my Tucson in for it's first oil change and to check the brakes because of odd noises when the anti lock is engaged. Morries service was great. Recall Average service. Service tech seemed offended when I didn’t say yes to the service he recommended. My main concern is the shuttle service. They were Average service. I called and asked if they were on there way and what kind of car will be picking me up. The response I got was they’re on there way. And when I asked what kind of car he said umm a suv. To me as a young women this is not safe. How would you feel if your wife/daughter/friend/sister was getting into that strange car?! Ive asked if they could call me when they arrive or have some sort of advertisement on the side of the vehicle identifying them as Morrie’s. It hasn’t happened, because this is the second time I’ve been to Morrie’s in a year and it’s still the same issue. We also go to Morrie’s Mazda and they have a designated shuttle van with advertising that says shuttle service why can’t Hyundai? More

Phil handled my repair service from start to finish and was nothing short of absolutely outstanding. Geico was not willing to offer a loaner car during the repairs, but Phil went above and beyond, and gave me a loaner Elantra while my parts were on backorder. I cannot give Phil enough praise for being friendly, communicative and accommodating. More
