Also, I mentioned that I didn’t need a reminder email and next thing I know I got an email and then a phone call and then a text! Lighten up, Francis! Unless I work with Phil Carlson, I don’t feel as valued as a customer. Phil is a superstar! On this visit I was in for an oil change and quoted an hour. It took 90 minutes but I’d rather they take longer and get it right than rushed and done poorly. More
I just came in for an oil change. The staff at Morrie's is always efficient. I thought it strange that instead of coming to the lobby to notify me that my car was done they called me. While a car wash comes standard I also asked them clean the inside of my windshield and it was done without getting grease on the inside of the door and my floor Matt's. I really appreciated it. More

Hyundai has a 10 year, 100,000 mil I brought my car in for an oil change and some "knocking" sounds. Come to find out, my engine needed to be replace. Hyundai has a 10 year, 100,000 mile warrenty that covered the engine on my 2010 Tucson. I was given very nice loaner cars for the 2 months it took to receive the engine from Hyundai and replace it. Great personal care Phil has taken care of us in the past. I needed an oil change for our older Tucson before my son took it back to college. I didn’t have an appointment Phil has taken care of us in the past. I needed an oil change for our older Tucson before my son took it back to college. I didn’t have an appointment, but we dropped it off and Phil was able to squeeze it in for the service. Phil, Andrew, and the shop do great work! But, my attempts to make a simple appointment this time were very frustrating. I tried to do it online but couldn’t make a simple oil change appointment without Morrie’s software insisting that I have a 190,000 mile tuneup. I tried calling in an appointment but got put on hold multiple times and then got forwarded to a call center who asked me the same questions as the online program. I’ve never had such a hard time making an oil change appointment. I like what Morrie’s Ford does where I can just drive up without an appointment. I’ve got 4 Morrie’s car’s- 2 Ford’s & 2 Hyundai’s.
