Chad the service manager went above and beyond, when he didn’t have to, to fix my car after another dealership messed it up. He went after that dealership and saved me from having to bring my car back to t didn’t have to, to fix my car after another dealership messed it up. I had my Hyundai Tucson serviced at the Morries on 394 in St. Louis Park, MN. recently The service rep. told me my car would be available later that day. She then called and said it wouldn't be ready to pick up the same day but said it would definitely be ready the next day. I returned the next day, and it wasn't ready. It wasn't ready the next day either. Nobody called to tell me it would not be ready. I called and left message with the service manager 2x and she never called back or messaged me in any way. I'm very unhappy with this experience! Very poor customer service. I will go elsewhere! More
I had my 2018 Santa Fe diagnosed at Bay Hyundai in Panama City as the camera wasn’t working. They diagnosed I needed a new camera and charged me $196. I had to return to MN prior to the camera being avail City as the camera wasn’t working. They diagnosed I needed a new camera and charged me $196. I had to return to MN prior to the camera being available. I asked MY CAR GUY in Shorewood to order the part from you and install it. Turns out BAY was wrong, it was a bad wire in the harness. They asked you if they could return the camera and you refused. Now I’m stuck with a camera and still need to order the harness. Can you help? I came in for a minor recall. When done,checking my car the service.woman quickly gave me paperwork which included some estimates for service work and a check sheet which noted. NOTHING was SAID to me ABOUT MY OIL BEING DOWN PAST LOW. I happened to have an appointment to get the oil changed and I drove right there. The other service people ALSO COULD NOT BELIEVE that Morrie’s purposefully made NO attempt to verbally TELL ME NOT TO LEAVE UNTIL THERE WAS OIL ADDED.!!?? I could have ruined the engine. Was this an anterior motive ?? Because they are having troubles with this model?? VERY VERY POOR customer service. I WILL NEVER TRIST MORRIES TO SERVICE. MY CARS, nor will I trust what they tell me. I DOUBT I will ever buy a car from Morrie’s after this mistrusting experience. More
