Oil. change I was told I needed.a stop lamp high mount bulb and a stop lamp rear bulb. I declined to have them replaced there due to the overpriced bulb charges. I was told I needed.a stop lamp high mount bulb and a stop lamp rear bulb. I declined to have them replaced there due to the overpriced bulb charges. When I got home my husband inspected my car and said both bulbs worked and did not need replacing. I feel like the service Dept was dishonest and obviously trying to get me to pay for something that didn’t need replacing. Shame on Morrie’s Hyundai. I will not return for service there ever again! More

He offered me a beverage, walked me through the process and gave me a time frame. He was extremely professional, kind and a joy to work with. appointment issues Appointment was quick and easy but system couldn’t get cancellation and reschedule appointment correct so kept getting two reminders. Fender flap fix Phil the service writer was very helpful and got me in right away. I had to have the plastic flap that goes around my wheel well replaced as it got cr Phil the service writer was very helpful and got me in right away. I had to have the plastic flap that goes around my wheel well replaced as it got cracked and was rubbing on the front tire. Phil got my car in the next day and it was done by noon. My only complaint was they did not wash my car as they usually do. I give them 4 out of 5 stars. More

Got my car back in a worse condition My car went in for an oil change. Get it back and they tell me about what needs to be fixed. One is a cap that is missing. It was their negligence that the cap was missing. Next my car stalls on me that same day. I have it towed back and they tell me nothing is wrong with the car even though it stalled on them twice during testing. I won’t be bringing my car back to this location. Very disappointed in the service I received. My car was perfectly fine before bringing it in. More
