Decent accomodations, great service This is based off 1 visit, first one at my nearest Hyundai dealer, not the one I bought it at. Chadd was very personable and even gave me credit for a coupon I forgot about until the end. The waiting area is on the small end, but they have a few desks with outlets so people can work. They have a good coffee machine that does espresso drinks. One of the TVs shows the status of everyone in the queue. As long as I remember the coupons, I'll come back while my engine is under warranty. More

Lack of customer service Your service advisor was rude after I asked for an explanation on why the oil had a blackish appearance after an oil and filter change. First he would not go out to my car to look at it and after I showed him a picture, his only remark was it is a GDI engine! My years of experience of many oil changes has demonstrated that there is no sign of “leftover” oil on the dip stick. More
