My one critique is that I didn't know right away that I could text my response to repair video I'd received and tried calling the number from which it was sent. . That is a ridiculously dumb process where person on phone would have to email repair staff. I then thought I'd try texting and ...wow it worked. Customers should be instructed about this on check in. Good service but disappointed at pickup I’ve had my vehicles serviced at 394 Hyundai for a while now and am always treated very politely. However, this time, when I went to pick up my car, I’ve had my vehicles serviced at 394 Hyundai for a while now and am always treated very politely. However, this time, when I went to pick up my car, there was a deep gouge in the rim that wasn’t there before. I’m sure they’ll say I can’t prove it so I haven’t talked to them about it. It just bites that this is the first damage to my car since I’ve owned it. More

He notified me light bulbs are good but it’s the wiring needs to be checked. I’ve set up another appointment for that and I’m confident they’ll find the problem and fix it right.
