Cool, calm and collected. Not only did they surprise me with warranty information after my engine ceased, they did everything to make my experience positive and less stressful. Failed service on Hyundai Equus air suspension. I brought my 2012 Equus to the service department spring of 2018 for an air leak in the air suspension. They said they had looked at my car and found I brought my 2012 Equus to the service department spring of 2018 for an air leak in the air suspension. They said they had looked at my car and found nothing wrong, so I had to bring it back in order to get it looked at again. After being there 3 times they still had not found my problem, and were denying that the suspension was sagging while the car sat. This problem was diagnosed the first time another shop looked at it. Never got my diagnostics charge back from Hyundai 394 as they couldn't admit they didn't have a tech that knew air systems well enough to actually help me. I was conned by this dealership and would highly recommend everyone to avoid them in the future do to this shady behavior. I'm only now posting this as they won't stop sending me mail no matter how many times i ask them to stop. They are horrible on every level. More

Recall service Overall, I had a really pleasant experience having my 2011 Hyundai Sonata serviced. Phil did a great job of explaining things and offered to schedule another warranty covered repair on the spot. The only negative thing I have to say is the front inside of my car was dirtier than when I brought it in. I understand things needing to be moved around, but it was definitely noticeable that the air and cabin filters had been examined because the dashboard was quite dirty, Nothing a quick wipe with a towel that I had in my car couldn't take care of, just something that could've been noticed and taken care of. More
