Oil change went very smoothly Got waited on right away, took the same time as previous oil changes, received the video confirming all was checked under the car and all looked good. Bait and Switch Made an appointment for the 60k Recommended Maintenance for my 2014 Sonata. Quoted $165 on the call. Took off work, got there for my appointment, suddenly jumped to $600. Also, the “Be Happy” program was ONLY for return customers even though I was told I would get the favorable pricing just by signing up when I checked in. Wrong. Basically told me that the appointment taker made a mistake on both counts. Took a service manager to finally “honor” the quoted price. But, in essence, nothing was really done for the nearly $200 and certainly none of the recommended manufacturer maintenance was performed. No tranny flush, no coolant flush. Complete waste of time and money. More
