Good customer service for overlong appt. I brought my car in for a tire patch and an oil change and was told it would take an hour, an hour and a half at the longest. When no one came to let I brought my car in for a tire patch and an oil change and was told it would take an hour, an hour and a half at the longest. When no one came to let me know what was going on after an hour and a half, I checked him at the service desk and saw that my car was still up in the air with the tire off. The agent told me he would check on my car and let me know what was going on. When he didn’t check in with me after 15 minutes, I checked back at the desk frustrated to see my car in the same position. He could see my frustration, told me they had gotten behind, and then comped my oil change and reduced the price of the tire patch. I appreciated this compensation in lieu of the extra time I had to spend at the dealership. More

Know you stuff before going these guys I was planning on buying a new Hyundai from these guys but now am not. I have been going there for a couple of years, for an oil change and they were I was planning on buying a new Hyundai from these guys but now am not. I have been going there for a couple of years, for an oil change and they were a great in that aspect, made some recommendations and never pushed anything down your throat, that was not necessary. This last time I told them that my car has hard a delay picking up on the highway and sometimes in driveway but mostly on the highway, I told them this has happened since I drove the car off the lot brand new but I was told them that it was doing that because it was new, and since that was my first new car I did bite. So Morris 394, tells not the case and they would check it out. Bear in mind I was there and a week ago. So I return the car and they tell they can fix the problem by clearing the fuel injection but also I needed new brake pads. I call their xxxxxxxxx but fall for there break pads. Here is my problem, I was told a week ago that my car was in good condition, I week later I need new brake pads. Anyways they changed them, in the process they forgot to fastner the water splash under the car engine, so I call them later and the guy tells me, I thought I told you to replace that, because it's falling apart. I got home and checked it myself it was not broken they just forgot to reattach it. And that was it for me, to call them thieves and liars More
Needs improvement Usually this location has professional interactions with customers however on this specific instance when bringing my car in for an oil change and tir Usually this location has professional interactions with customers however on this specific instance when bringing my car in for an oil change and tire rotation I was told a completion time of approx. 45 minutes to complete it When it was obvious work was finished and the display screen said it had been ready it took over 30 minutes for the customer service representative to indicate and communicate to me that the car was ready. In addition the service representative was less than friendly on this occasion. More
