Prepaid gets you poor quality work I appreciate the free oil change dude to miscommunication of prepaid oil changes.. 25K maintenance Normally great service. Have been taking my cars here for service for the last 9 years. This time I again scheduled service via the online metho Normally great service. Have been taking my cars here for service for the last 9 years. This time I again scheduled service via the online method, and selected the 22.5K maintenance package. I only received the oil change and multi point inspection. No air cleaner replacement or cabin filter replacement. Also selected to”wait” for vehicle. After about an hour, was told that my car was ready. I responded “That was quick”, and left with my car. Didn’t notice until looking over the paperwork that I only got an oil change. One other thing to note is that on the past 3 visits(two being “valet” pickups, I still received voicemails after 4 pm that my car was ready to pick up even though I had valet’ed twice, and driven the car Home myself the other time hours before. Seems like some miscommunication at the dealership as to when the vehicles have already been picked up. More

Morrie’s is UNRELIABLE, absolutely do not recommend My experience with Morrie’s started in June 2019, when I started to lease my new car. In short, Morrie’s is extremely unreliable, and the staff really My experience with Morrie’s started in June 2019, when I started to lease my new car. In short, Morrie’s is extremely unreliable, and the staff really do not care about you once you are out of their sight (literally). My car salesperson, Joe, never followed up with me that there had been an error in my lease, resulting in zero communication regarding when payments were due - it turns out there was an error in Morrie’s system, and I found out only after 7 calls to Hyundai Motor Finance to investigate the lease, and 5 calls to Morrie’s, stressing that my payment would be overdue when it could have been solved with simple communication from Morrie’s. Upon bringing my vehicle in for scheduled maintenance, Phil (who was responsible for my case) attempted to make charges to my account which were supposed to be covered under my car plan, and only took off the charges after asking him to double check what was covered under the lease plan I purchased. I could really go on, but this is unprofessional behavior that really is not excusable, especially for a car dealership. If I weren’t stuck in a. 3 year lease with them, I would definitely choose to bring my business elsewhere. Please, do not do business with Morrie’s. I would really appreciate it if Morrie’s would step up their game. More
