Rotate and balance not done. Requested oil estimate Requesred estimate for oil change at appointment and just before service. Told tires not rotated or balanced after oil change. They said did you want Requesred estimate for oil change at appointment and just before service. Told tires not rotated or balanced after oil change. They said did you want them balanced. Purchased them a year ago at Morries and told lifetime rotation. Odd that after I check out that balance is extra. Told tire in rear was 1/32 less tread than in front and that is why they did not rotate. X Drives have 60/40 rear power. Now my tire will have even more wear. Will have to make an appointment somewhere else to get work done. More
