These guys go to bat for you! My car's transmission went out, and brought it in to be covered under a 3rd party lifetime powertrain warranty. I was nervous because of all the horror stories you hear about claims being denied for some various reason or other. So you can imagine my relief when Phil called to tell me they worked it out with the warranty company and I was getting a brand new transmission put in! I should have known better than to doubt Morrie's - best dealership group ever. More

New to the area and needed to take my 2012 Elantra Touring in for a lit warning on Dash. Service advisor made sure I felt welcomed and issue would be taken care of. Good Service - Poor Communications in Scheduling Appointment I would suggest not using all of the automated texts and emails, all they have done is add confusion to the whole scheduling & communication efforts. I would suggest not using all of the automated texts and emails, all they have done is add confusion to the whole scheduling & communication efforts. Case in point, one sets up the appointment to use the valet service where in the dealer comes and gets the car and then returns the vehicle when the service work is done, and then you receive an email that the work is done and you can come pickup your vehicle ! Now you wonder are they going to bring my vehicle back or not. Or you originally schedule an appointment and are told to be sure to have the car to service center by 9:00 am because it is going to take all day to do the recall work, then you schedule the car to be picked up with the valet service and they schedule a 10:00 appointment; And then you get an email that says your appointment is confirm for 1:00pm - what about needing all day to get the work done.? Phil Carlson was very responsive. Andrew Parisse has yet to respond to one of my emails - his emails and texts simply add to the confusion. I can't rate the Quality of the Work, I have no basis to make an evaluation - I have to assume the work was performed properly. More
