A couple of months ago I began shopping for a new car. My husband emailed Karl Schmidt for a suggestion about where I should start. She was able to accomodate me on my next day off. I wanted to take a look around and maybe take a test drive. I came to my appointment with Melissa without the intention of purchasing anything that day. Melissa gave me great service with lots of knowledge and information without making me feel pressured. The whole staff was super friendly and inviting. From Karl, to Jessie, to Melissa, to the trade-in manager. (Sorry I don't remember his name..but he was wonderful as well!) It was an A+ experience and needless to say...I drove a car off of the showroom floor that day! Melissa has done a great job of following up with me! I know I made the right decision. I work for a luxury retailer and understand the importance of flawless customer service. This experience was flawless and truly appreciated! More

Our experience with Melissa and everyone at 394 Hyundai was wonderful! The no-haggle prices were competitive and the atmosphere was very warm and welcoming. We were also guaranteed that we couldn't buy the wrong car and were given 7 days/300 miles to return it. We didn't need to use it, because Melissa helped us find the right car the first time! We are extremely happy with our Hyundai Genesis Coupe and would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who is in the market for a new or used car. More

On Tuesday May 11th I was scheduled to pick up a business associate at 3:00 pm and take him to the airport. Around 1:00 pm I was driving near Ridgedale when the instrument cluster began to light up indicating some problems with the engine. The vehicle lost power and would barely move forward no matter how far I depressed the gas pedal. I was able to get to the Service Department at Morrie’s 394 Hyundai and was greeted with a friendly welcome by Nick Greco. I explained my predicament and without an appointment, Nick said he would do his best to help me out. From my description of the problem, he knew right away what the problem was and said it should take about 1 ½ to 2 hours to fix. If he could do it in that time, I would be able to keep my appointment. Nick immediately got his team working on my car and it was finished in almost exactly 1 ½ hours. A surprise visit, without an appointment; me under pressure and your team was able make everything work out fine. I offer special thanks to Nick Greco for the courteous, efficient and friendly service he provided me. This is a fine example of outstanding service and goes a long way toward building customer confidence, appreciation and loyalty. Thank you! More
I bought a hail damaged car from Morries. They were very straight forward about what to expect. I always wait in the waiting area during service. They are always quick to turn my car. The waiting area is very nice (clean/stocked, etc). I have been totally satisfied with Morrie's. Our first Hyundai was a Tuscon we bought from a private party. But in January of this year we bought a new Tuscon from Morrie's, in part because we loved the car, and also valued our relationship with the dealer, from whom we have received outstanding service after buying the first Tuscon. So now my wife and I have what we call the "Minnesota Twins"; i.e., two Tuscons, a 2005 silver one and a 2009 "desert sage" one. There is a great deal of comfort knowing that we have two great cars, and a single dealer of the quality of Morrie's, upon whom we can rely for consistently excellent service. More
