Eric was very helpful went I am in to have a rear window replaced. He connected me with the body shop manager and they both worked with me and the body shop manager even wet out of his way to cover my brok replaced. Eric was able to set up my next appointment for me at my earliest opening. When I arrived to have my window installed, Eric acknowledged me by name, after only one meeting. My car was ready both the newly installed window and washed at the time promised. I was impressed. I had also come in with a mailed that had expired the day before. Eric made sure that I was able to use it and saved me $50.00. I also joined the Morries Club and look forward to coming back in the future. More
Eric offered excellent customer service for my son's car and even inspected it, which resulted in the part being under warranty. Out of the 20 some dealerships I went to in the metro area Melissa and Morrie's Hyundai was the nicest one. She came out of the building and greeted me when I was browsing the lot and made me feel like they wanted to help me opposed to just sitting by the side of the building in a suit and checking a sheet of paper to tell me about a car. We've previously purchased a car at another local dealer and cannot begin to compare how easy Morrie's made this experience for us. The Camaro had to be brought back to the store from auction and while we waited 2 days for it to arrive, Morrie's gave my husband a free car for the weekend so he could get back and forth to work. The wait was worth it. Talk about a hot car! We bought the Camaro the day we finally saw it and couldn't be happier with the entire experience thanks to Melissa and the rest of the team at Morrie's! We will definitely go back to Morrie's when it comes time to purchase another vehicle, and Melissa will be our first choice of people to work with! More
I have nothing but good things to say about this dealership. I bought a 2005 Corvette from Morrie's and they really took care of me. First of all, I bought the car for less than anyone else in the Twin Cities was selling the same model. Second, when I noticed 2 issues with the car that needed fixing, (being a Corvette owner already, we notice these things). Morrie's was more than receptive to fix them. The repairs, (because it's a Corvette), cost Morrie's over $1K but they were so gracious in their willingness to satisfy the customer that no arguments were ever needed to get it done. I am so happy with this dealership it has completely changed my attitude about car dealerships. I have already told my wife, we will buy no other car from any other dealer but Morrie's Hundai on 394 in St. Louis Park Minnesota. They are honest, and treat you like one of the family. This recommendation comes from a guy who has been a car guy all his life. I grew up on a farm where we farmed and had a vehicle repair business at the same time. My first car was a 1972 Chevelle and my 4 other brothers had GTO's, Cutlass, C10's, Grand Am's, so I know a few things about how an internal combustion engine works and what to look for in a used car. I tell everyone who asks, "go to Morrie's" they're honest and you'll get a good honest deal there. 5 stars. More
