I had my 15-yr. old Mazda 626 serviced a few times at Morries, so, I already knew they had friendly staff, a/o professional(somewhat aggressive) sales people. I had narrowed my search to either a Chevy Morries, so, I already knew they had friendly staff, a/o professional(somewhat aggressive) sales people. I had narrowed my search to either a Chevy Aveo, or the Hyundai hatchback. After 2-3 yrs. of online/in-person searching and information gathering, Morries won out. Besides the dealership having a 'Steve' as a sales manager, and, another 'Steve' on staff, I felt at least some affinity during the sales process. I come from a car selling family and was treated fairly, respectfully, and, they actually gave me what I needed on my trade-in. Mr. Cherches was very adroit, straight-forward, and forthright about all the issues relating to selling cars and all that entails. He deliberately walked me through what can be a distressing ordeal. His lengthy sales experience shone thru. Especially when he made mention that the sales staff is paid a flat fee on number of cars sold regardless of value of said cars. I wasn't up sold on my Hyundai Accent. Morries has a rather large dealership ring, and, I was possibly leaning towards the new Mazda 2, but, the guys at Hyundai confirmed what a quality car Hyundai makes. The warranty package, and the ability to get my vehicle from out-state sealed the deal for me. Finance rates were/are reasonable and fair in today's market. As the saying around there goes: " We want to sell you your next 5-cars, not just the one your driving away today". More
I needed to purchase a car for my wife who is recovering from hip surgery and will no longer be ble to handle the clutch on her stick shift subaru. We were met by Josh at the door and he could not have been from hip surgery and will no longer be ble to handle the clutch on her stick shift subaru. We were met by Josh at the door and he could not have been more accomodating. He was very up beat and genunely friendly. I told him about the other dealerships we had checked out and we spent some time talking bout and comparing cars like Toyota Camry, Subaru Legacy and the Honda Accord. We were impressed that Josh seemed to know as much about these cars as the sales people at the other delerships. Josh showed us all the models of Hundais that we were interested and explained all the options available. At no time did we feel preasured or manipulated in any way. Josh introduced us to all the staff that we needed to deal with, everyone was friendly and fun. The staff took there time and never seemed to be in a hurry, they all seemed like they were very happy to work for Hyundai by showing their pride in your cars and treating each other with respect. We are very happy with our purchase, this is the first car I have bought that i feel we have really gotten what we wanted and needed. I should also say that because of the care that staff took in explaing the financing, the trade in process, and the way everything works on the car, that we left with the confidence that we knew everything we needed to know about operating the car and all the high tech devices but we also fully understood how are trade in car was valued and how all the financing and warranties work. It is a great feeling to know you got a good deal with a company that is well operated. Thank You Philip Allen More
I contacted Josh on the phone and challenged him to find a Red 2011 Elantra, with a tan interior. This vehicle is very hard to find right now because of the demand for the car in this color and trim. Josh w a Red 2011 Elantra, with a tan interior. This vehicle is very hard to find right now because of the demand for the car in this color and trim. Josh went to work and found a car match out of state almost immediately. We agreed on a timeframe to get the car delivered, during the wait he kept me informed on the status of the vehicle. I arrived at the dealership on the agreed schedule. Andrea in reception was very pleasant and directed us on where to wait for Josh, and made sure that he know we had arrived. We only had to wait a couple of minutes before Josh came over to greet us, and he pulled out our folder and had everything ready to go. After going over the paperwork, he showed us the car and all of the small details and car features. At first I thought I did not need the tour, but he showed us some of the little things that are not obvious to the driver. After the demo, he handed us off to Oliver in finance gave us all of the purchase options and was very pleasant as well. At one point in the process, the new car manager made a point to come over to discuss our new purchase. I work in business that requires special attention to the customer experience, and can say that they did a great job making sure I was happy with my purchase. I liked the experience in their store, nice job. More

I drove on the lot, looked at the cars, walked through the showroom and not a person assisted me, I was on the lot for at least a half hour. I left and continued to the Toyota dealer that I had purchased the showroom and not a person assisted me, I was on the lot for at least a half hour. I left and continued to the Toyota dealer that I had purchased a car from in 2008. I test drove the toyota's I was interested in and decided I really wanted to test drive the Sonata so I returned to the dealership. This time Rocky was there and asked immediately if he could help me. He was cordial and considerate. He did not push, he allowed me the time to consider and then hooked me up with finance when I was ready on my third visit with him. I don't know what the other salespeople were thinking when I first toured the lot and showroom but when I returned Rocky was spot on. I rate the experience all 5's once I encountered Rocky. I'm not rating my first time on the lot and showroom. More
We will only buy from a trusted dealer like Morrie's 394 Hyundai. Josh Branham is not your typical sales person. He is like dealing with a long time friend. Melissa gets it. Morrie's Hynudai fortune lies in the employment of quality indivduals. It is nice to see others who give their best as they perform their job duties as Melissa and Steve (the smooth "joh employment of quality indivduals. It is nice to see others who give their best as they perform their job duties as Melissa and Steve (the smooth "johnny on the spot" appraiser) do! As a savvy consumer, taking advantage of Hynudai's new special leasing options was pretty much a no brainer. I leased a 2011 Sonata SE! Melissa gave a great demo. She explained every option of the car and answered all my questions. In conclusion I would tell anyone to buy at Morrie's Hynudai because their staff gives great service. As a detailed oriented person...I applause those who know their job and have fun doing it. Besides, look at Melissa's bio picture, who wouldn't want to buy from a face like that! Thanks for the Breath of Fresh Air. More
Melissa is a wonderful sales consultant. She listened to my needs as a first time buyer and found me the car I wanted. She also offered other options I may not have otherwise considered. If all customer service was like this, the ecomnomy would be in better shape. Thanks Melissa, I will be back for my second car at Morrie's! More
To properly review, my post needs to begin back in November of 2010... I had a 2004 Hyundai Accent which I purchased from the one of the former Hecker dealerships that no longer existed. I had had November of 2010... I had a 2004 Hyundai Accent which I purchased from the one of the former Hecker dealerships that no longer existed. I had had the transmission (under warranty) replaced in 2008 or so, due to a defect that had given me many headaches throughout the time I had owned the car after purchasing it new in 2004. The replacement transmission was beginning to fail and could literally die at any moment. Being that the dealer from whom I purchased the vehicle no longer existed, and the fact that I was getting close to the warranty expiring, I chose to go to Morrie's for an assessment to see what my options were. I knew I was getting close to having to purchase a new car at some point, but after having been laid off an unemployed for a year and a half until mid-2010, it wasn't yet financially feasible for me, so I HAD to figure out how to get my car fixed to get me through at least a few more months until I could better budget for a new car and payments. I worked with Tony in service and he took the time to look up the repair history on my car and look at getting another transmission in my car that would be covered under warranty due to the fact that the problem had been on-going. Additionally, he set me up with a loaner car and helped me cover part of the expenses for that, knowing that I was on a limited budget. The experience was so smooth and painless, I knew then that when it was time to buy my next car, I would be going to Morrie's. Sure enough, a few months later (Late Feb 2011) I was perusing the Morrie's website on a whim (as I had done several times in the previous months) just to get an idea of pricing and see what I was interested in. I had hoped to go one day be able to step up to an Elantra, but realistically had set my sights on another Accent. However, being unemployed for a year and a half bruised my credit a bit, so I wasn't even sure if I would qualify for a loan at that time. Tony in service had told me that my car would be a great trade-in for my down payment, so at least I had that going for me, but I figured it would be another 3-6 months before I could "seriously" consider purchasing another car. Wanting to find out more information, I called Morrie's and was connected to Melissa Garvey. She ran around all afternoon looking at all the other dealerships, what they had, and what was available in my price point. She also worked with the financing department to find me a loan that I could afford. Initially, we were just looking at Accents, which is what I had planned to do in the first place. As I was getting ready to leave work and head to the dealership that evening for test drives, etc., I got a call from Melissa saying that she had found me an Elantra with all the bells and whistles, having much lower mileage, newer model, and at a better price than the Accents I had been looking at. Essentially she was saying, "I think found your next car." WOW!!!! As I mentioned previously, I hadn't planned on purchasing a car that evening, but once she got me behind the wheel of that Elantra, and for a price I could afford, I knew that I wanted to be driving home in it. Melissa worked with the manager to utilize my Accent as my down payment and the staff stayed well past closing to get all my paperwork in order just so I could take the car home that evening. They were all amazing! In the end, I have to say I was very lucky that day - Most especially lucky that Melissa was the one who answered my call. :) She jumped through some major hoops for me. Thank you Morrie's for a phenomenal experience! I intend to purchase my next car and every car after that from you. You have gained another forever fan! More
