In my initial search, I use the web. On a scale of 1-100, 100 being best, Morrie's web site is a 110! Most are probably a 15. Wow, it is that good! I'm writing a couple weeks after the purchase - I wanted to give a chance for the 'new car high' to expire so my assessment wouldn't be clouded. I may have sobered, but my opinion hasn't changed - my experience was fantastic. The quality of the car can be rated elsewhere (I bought a 2012 Elantra and I do love it, but there are plenty of car sites that review its features). I visited 4 other dealerships and had varying experiences with their staffs, but Morries stood out. Melissa was engaging, honest, and educated. She answered all my questions, and her encouragement was gentle (a welcome relief from the other dealerships). My situation required some flexibility, and she and the others granted it. They gave me a generous but fair buyout figure for my previous car, and helped me navigate some some choppy waters. I will return for my next purchase without question. Thank you! More
We purchased a 2001 Grand Caravan from Steve. He went out of his way to get us in to the vehicle that best suited our needs. We had just lost our 2002 Caravan to a freak traffic accident. Steve was able to locate a similar vehicle for us, with similar mileage and more features. Best of all it was in our price range. Steve has a great knowledge of the products he works with. I had looked at a variety of cars, but when I met Josh at the Hyundai dealership attention by Josh is becoming redundant based on the other reviews. I had looked at a variety of cars, but when I met Josh at the Hyundai dealership, I became quite interested in the Elantra. I so appreciated his honesty; I immediately trusted Josh and his information. It took another couple weeks to make the decision, but I have been thrilled with the experience and the car. What impressed me the most about Morrie's was being given the loaner car for two months. I made sure that my friends were aware of the generosity of the dealership and strongly encouraged them to visit Josh at Hyundai. Thank you, Josh. More
