Brought my car n for service to correct items that were sold to me following a warning by mn state patrol, illegal tint and taillights. Following notifying them of need for service the appointment was not sold to me following a warning by mn state patrol, illegal tint and taillights. Following notifying them of need for service the appointment was not for over a month later while waited for parts to arrive. When I dropped it off for service, was given a loaner as the required appointment would take most of the day. I was later notified that all the required parts did not arrive, due to an ordering error, but would arrive and could be completed the next morning. I followed up with a call the next after noon to be told all the parts had not arrived as one was on back order. I went to pick up my car, even in finished. When I picked up my vehicle, I found my radio had been changed and was clearly being used for employee use. Highly unacceptable. Also the fuel tank was nearly empty, when I dropped it off it was low on fuel but not clearly in the red empty. It was obvious they used my vehicle for personal employee fun. I will not be returning to them even if the work needs to be performed by them, I will arrange work and billing through another dealership. More
I made an internet inquiry earlier in the day about a particular vehicle in stock. Steve quickly responded to my message, that yes it was available and to come in for a test drive. Although he had two other scheduled appointments, Steve graciously accommodated me as a walk-in, treating me with the same importance. He let me test drive the car myself. When I returned I announced I wished to buy it. Steve, the used car mgr, and the general mgr all wrapped up the necessary paper work in very efficient time. Walking in the door, I really did not expect to drive away in a new car, but that's what happened! I was happy to receive $100 over book trade-in value for my 17.5 yr old car. I also was given a complete tour of the facility, and all the benefits available to me were explained. The entire experience couldn't have been more positive. More

I had only stopped by Morries to test drive the Elantra manual transmission and compare it to the Mazda3, Chevy Cruze Eco, Honda Civic and Toyota Corolla. Morries was only one of two dealerships that had the car available. Adam was very personable and not the typical over-bearing, vulture like, car salesperson. After several days and several other dealerships, I did end up buying that Elantra. Purely because Adam worked so diligently. He even delivered the car to my house, which was indescribable. More

Dealing with Vadim was a pleasure during the whole experience at Morrie's. He was helpful in locating the car that we wanted through another dealership and was great in explaining all the options avai experience at Morrie's. What really sold me on Morrie's and Vadim was when the car purchase from the other dealership hit a snag and collapsed, they provided us a fully stocked Santa Fe at no charge until our new car could arrive from the factory. Vadim even drove downtown and deliverd the loaner car to my wife. It is that high level of customer service that we recieved and greatly appreciated throughout the whole car buying process at Morrie's. More
