I have been thinking and researching my next car purchase for a while. After going to the Auto show in Mpls I found the cars that I wanted to test drive. Melissa Garvey took us on a test drive and did a excellent job in going over all of the features of the car and answering any questions I had and gave me a trade in amount for my car along with an out the door quote. I had other cars types that I wanted to test drive yet that day and she understood. I went to two other dealers and had horrible experiences. I felt by one of them that I was a burden. Melissa made it very easy for me to make up my mind and I called her on Monday and told her that I wanted to buy from her. Her communication with me during the time it took to find the car color and features I wanted was wonderful and refreshing. Thank you Melissa for all of you help. I can only imagine someone who is very picky on w exactly what I wanted in a vehicle, and Briana did everything possible to find the vehicle for me. I can only imagine someone who is very picky on what exactly they want in their model, and the vehicle being a rare limited kind, can be a bit of a challenge. After a short search, Briana was able to get the vehicle I wanted and was extremely helpful, patient and most importantly, she listened to my needs and met them to my satisfaction. When I go out in a couple of years and get yet another Sante Fe, I know I will be visiting this dealership again. More

We had a very good experience, I would recommend it to anybody. The one thing I did not like was the waiting around for the financing, only one on that night. After that, he and a manager offered me a very fair trade in on my Audi A4 and even showed the resources they used to get the number (including KBB which I used). I sealed the deal and they worked quickly to process the paperwork, gas up the car, and get me driving in my brand new ride. Add on to that the Morries Buy Happy program which will ensure free oil changes, car washes, and other perks. I live in Inver Grove Heights, so driving out to Morries is a bit of a trip but it is worth it for service like Morries. Going to Morries and working with Steve is what a car buying experience should be. More
