I recently moved from Texas to the Twin cities region this past month. I contact Melissa just about two weeks before I came here. I told her that I was interested on the new Genesis and she provide me wi this past month. I contact Melissa just about two weeks before I came here. Melissa did a fantastic job on arranging everything before I arrive into the city. She send someone to pick me up at the hotel and took me into the dealership the next day. The car was ready to go. In the past, I waould dread a visit to the car dealership. I'd rather go to the dentist than buy a new car. However, Melissa changed that perspective for me. However, she took the time to ask if I had any questions and answered them all directly and honestly (there were a couple she didn't have the answers to, but found out the answers quickly). She ended up staying an extra hour, without making me feel rushed. Melissa is informative, helpful, and does not "push" a sale. After waiting over 90 days for my vehicle, which never came, I decided to try Morrie's. I had my new car available within three days. Not once did I feel pressure or intimidated by the staff.
