Brittany was everything I was looking for in a car salesperson- attentive, respectful, accommodating, patient, and with-it. I was treated like an intelligent adult, which can be difficult to come by salesperson- attentive, respectful, accommodating, patient, and with-it. Just arrived from Germany, I was looking for a used car for my stay here in the US. I went to a couple of dealerships and this one was by far the best. Rob helped me out very much in purchasing my first vehicle! The 1998 Audi 2.8l Quattro at a different Morrie's at the time I was looking for a new vehicle. I just so happened to walk by it and instantly loved it. After learning it was in St. Louis Park I was a bit sad because I thought I would be unable to purchase it. I got a ride down to this Morrie's Hyundai Dealer #394 and went forth with the transaction. Around this time Rob was already staying late to help me and we ran into another problem; my car insurance wasn't open so I wasn't able to get the correct information so I could sign for it. From St. Louis Park Rob and I drove all the way up to Champlin for a signature so I could drive the car away that evening. I am extremely satisfied and happy with the service I received. They were more than happy to help. Out of the many different dealerships I had gone to I got the best service from Morrie's. When the time comes I will come back to Morrie's first thanks to Rob Mayberry and his co-workers. Thank you so very much! More
Melissa spent much time with us as we began our search for a new car. As the first stop in our new car search journey, she showed much patience and product knowlege as she helped guide us through various for a new car. Once we narrowed our model selection down she then focused on features within those models to further guide us. She demonstrated an amazing amount of knowledge about the models, and when she didn't know an answer, quickly knew where to get the answers for us. About a month after getting our new Sonata, we got in an accident. Since we had been in contact with Melissa even after our purchase, I reached out to her for ideas on where I should get the vehicle repaired. She gave great information and helped us get the vehicle back to Morries where they could help with the repairs needed. If you are looking for an associate who will be there from first visit through delivery and beyond, you will be very satified working with Melissa and Morrie's Hyundai. More

I’ve dealt with a number of dealerships in the past (walking away feeling like I’ve just been taken advantaged of), but, I have to say that Melissa would be the only one that I would trust with any future dealings. She was thorough with the dynamics of my new Sonata and explained how all the gadgets functioned and even set up my phone and sirus radio for me. Everytime I visit the dealership for car maintenance Melissa always greets me if she is in and checks to see how I am doing and how my car is running. I would certainly refer anyone I know that is in the market to buy a new car to go see Melissa. This was my first time buying a car and Dave was very helpful throughout the whole process. Throughout my search I visited many dealerships and of all of the salesmen I worked with Dave was by far the m helpful throughout the whole process. Throughout my search I visited many dealerships and of all of the salesmen I worked with Dave was by far the most patient, most knowledgeable, and the easiest to work with. He never made me feel pressured to buy a car, but when I finally made my decision he worked quickly to get me what I needed. When I had questions on the features of the car, warrenty and later the paperwork Dave sat down and explained everything to me until I understood. I could have purchased a similar car for a similar price at other dealerships in the area, however I chose Morrie's because I felt confident that Dave would take good care of me, and that he'd do the best job assisting me. So far I've made a great decision in working with Dave! More
Brittany McMillen was very professional, friendly and attentive. She listened to what I wanted and she delivered. She even arranged for me to test drive another vehicle at a different Morrie's dealership. Had I gone with that, she wouldn't have been credited with the sale. Ultimately I went with the Elantra and It was a great transaction. More
