We were looking specifically for year and model of Sonata and did not have good success working with another dealer. We ended up back on the search as the follow up from the other dealership was inconsisten and did not have good success working with another dealer. In our search, we came in contact with Pat Arboe at Morrie's Hyundai and I must say, one of the nicest experiences we have ever had searching for a car. Pat assured us he could find the model we wanted, for the price we wanted. At the time, we were stuck without a car and knew it was going to take some time to find what we wanted. Pat solved that problem too, providing us with a loaner to use while he searched. Pat always followed up on his progress. Eventually he did find what we were looking for and put us in to our new Sonata. We were thrilled. Pat was extremely nice to work with as well as detailed and informative, making sure our experience was a great one and that we were happy with our car. He went above and beyond our expectations to take care of us. I'd highly recommend not just Morrie's Hyundai, but Pat Arboe as well! More

Tanisha and Jesse gave us the best experience buying a car you could hope for. The price was stellar, the process was painless, and the people are the reason we stayed. They even brought a Subaru and Kia over to their store to help us compare side by side. Don't even look at other places, this is the only dealer you should ever visit. More

WhenI walked into the Morris Dealership, Dave Price was right there to great me. I had never driven a Hyundai and was looking to replace my Civic. I had already test driven a Kia Optima, which I learned right there to great me. I had never driven a Hyundai and was looking to replace my Civic. I had already test driven a Kia Optima, which I learned was Hyundai's partner. I was confused on the Kia or the Hyundai, so Dave told me he could get an Optima on the lot next to the Sonata so I could see them side by side. I returned the next day and took both vehicles out for a test drive. They are both wonderful vehicles and I don't think I could have gone wrong with either one. Then Dave showed me the new blue/silver color that had just been driven down from Brainard. I LOVED it! That was my deciding factor. I've now had my Sonata a month and I just love it. Jesse was a tremendous help when I visited the morning of 9/12. Not only was he kind enough to accept my vehicle for repair without an appointment, but he was able to have someone look at it and fix it befo 9/12. I had received a poor alignment the previous night from Tires Plus in Minneapolis, and Jesse was able to fix my car the next morning--which I really appreciate. Also, he was very knowledgeable and provided me the before/after details of my vehicle's condition, which I really liked. I asked for a sales person and was transferred to Jesse Bishop. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and asked if he could call me back after he did some research. He called me back after 15 minutes with exactly what I was looking for! I was totally surprised especially after my experience at the other two dealerships. When I finally went to pick up the car, Melissa Garvey handled all the paper work and ensuring that we were happy with our new car. She did a great job and you couldn't have asked for a person that was more customer service focused. Mike Parisian got us in and out of finance very quickly and again, was helpful and friendly. The best part of this whole experience was that my daughter got to see what good and bad customer service looks like. In our family, even if you have to drive a few extra miles, its worth doing business with people like Jesse, Melissa and Mike. More
