Charged me for license plates and have yet to receive them. Paperwork has not even been turned into state by dealership. Temp tag provided expired over 30 days ago. Mike and everyone else that we worked with did everything possible to get us the car we wanted. They did not have it on the lot so they found one and had it delivered there. If it wouldn't have been a holida possible to get us the car we wanted. They did not have it on the lot so they found one and had it delivered there. If it wouldn't have been a holiday we would have had it the next day. It was all cleaned up when we picked it up. We also got what we wanted for our trade-in without really having to haggle over it. We just can't say enough good things about this experience. We were asked through out our time there if we wanted coffee or snacks, everyone took the time to explain things to us and we were treated respectedly. Mike showed us how to use some of the options that are in our car that we wouldn't have known how to use and he set up our Blu Link for us. We have never dealt with a dealership and the people who work there like this before. Everyone was just great! More

He has always gone the extra mile in customer service. Steve is very informative on features in their line of Hyundai's and has to no pressure. He wants his customers to be happy. We came in looking for a fully loaded Santa Fe. After driving it, while very nice, my husband inquired about any lightly used 2012 Veracruz's. Steve went online, found one a Morrie's Kia dealership and had it delivered in an hour for our test drive. He has good email and phone follow up services. More

Another excellent experience with Melissa and Morrie's 394. Third vehicle purchased with Melissa from Morrie's 394. She was able to find and get the Sonata that I was looking for. Made contact with her about 2 pm and she had the car on the lot by 7:30 pm. She was also able to get me an appointment for my Hyundai serviced with we worked on the purchase of the new car. Always friendly and helpful. Service department was very good and very flexible as I was about 15 minutes late in getting to the late afternoon appointment due to heavy traffic. More

I had a great experience at Morries working with Mike Hunter. I was interested in purchasing a new Sante Fe, and when they didn't have the exact one I wanted on the lot, Mike ordered the exact color, op Hunter. I was interested in purchasing a new Sante Fe, and when they didn't have the exact one I wanted on the lot, Mike ordered the exact color, options, everything for me and had it in the next day before I had to leave for the holidays. This was my first time every getting my oil changed because the car was brand new and Doug was very nice. He told me everything they were going to do and how long it would take. He showed me to the lou because the car was brand new and Doug was very nice. He told me everything they were going to do and how long it would take. He showed me to the lounge and said to make myself comfortable and he would come and find me when he was done. Once they were done he handed me the slip that said how the car was doing and rather than just handing it to me he explained everything it meant and he told me where the sticker was telling me when the next time I needed to come in. He was more than helpful and very very friendly. More
